Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
      • Proactively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates for non-IT positions.
      • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, industry-specific platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
    2. Candidate Evaluation and Screening:
      • Review and evaluate resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
      • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
    3. Candidate Engagement:
      • Maintain a high level of candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
      • Provide candidates with information about the company, job roles, and the interview process, while respecting confidentiality.
    4. Collaboration:
      • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific staffing needs, skills requirements, and company culture fit.
    5. Documentation and Reporting:
      • Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in a secure manner.
      • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide status updates to the team.
    6. Compliance:
      • Ensure strict adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws, while handling confidential information with care.
