Job Description

    Hiring | Operations Manager P&C Insurance | MangaloreMangalore | Immediate Joiners Only | Work from Office P&C Insurance experience mandatory Overall Experience: 1015 Years5 years Managerial experience on paper is requiredMax CTC: Upto 14 LPA (based on last CTC applicable hike)Key RequirementsProven experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) InsuranceExperience in Underwriting and/or Claims is preferredMinimum 5 years of team-handling experience must be reflected in official employment records, 2 Managerial experience as well.Strong people management, leadership and mentoring skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skillsGood knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPointAbility to understand complex documents and reportsExperience supporting onshore teams and handling queriesStrong attention to detail and ability to identify/report irregularitiesInsurance certification such as INS/LM is an added advantageUAN verification will be conducted. All employment/experience documents are mandatory.Education documents such as provisional certificate and marksheets are also mandatory. .
