Job Description

As a QA Tester / Quality Assurance Analyst, your role is crucial in ensuring that our software products uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be meticulous, detail-oriented, analytical, and dedicated to delivering software that is free of defects.Key Responsibilities:- Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.- Perform manual, exploratory, functional, and regression testing.- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.- Validate bug fixes and ensure resolution meets requirements.- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and software release cycles.- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-release testing activities.Requirements:- Understanding of QA principles, testing methodologies, and SDLC.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to write clear and structured bug reports and test documentation.- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) is a plus.- Knowledge of Agile development processes is preferred.- Exposure to automated testing frameworks is an advantage but not mandatory.In addition to the above responsibilities and requirements, you will have the opportunity to gain:- Hands-on experience in software quality assurance.- Exposure to modern testing tools and development practices.- Supportive and collaborative engineering environment.- Career progression into senior QA, automation, or SDET roles.- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
