Job Description

    We are seeking a Research & Development Engineer for a seed funded Sustainable Packaging Startup.Job Profile:
    • Conduct research on emerging biomaterial packaging technologies and trends.
    • Develop and optimize biomaterial packaging solutions for various electronics/FMCG products.
    • Conduct laboratory experiments to evaluate the performance and compatibility of biomaterial packaging materials.
    • Analyse and interpret experimental data to inform product development decisions.
    • Prepare technical documentation, including reports, presentations, and patent applications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., manufacturing, quality control, regulatory affairs) to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to biomaterial packaging.
    Requirements:
    • Graduate from the Chemical background
    • 2 to 3 Years relevant experience from the packaging industry
    • Strong understanding of biomaterials, packaging materials, and sterilization techniques.
    • Experience with laboratory techniques and equipment.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
