Job Description

    interview location : HyderabadJob location: MangaloreStatic engineer 5to 10n years in oil & GasTo carryout static equipment design and Engineering and provide on-time accurate Engineering deliverables , ensuring compliance to International codes and standards and customer specifications/ requirements. Educational Qualifications B Tech Mechanical OR Mechanical Design,BE (Mechanical) Equipment Design AND Mechanical Design Experience 10-15 yrs Knowledge and Skills 1. Up-to-date Knowledge and experience in Internationals codes / standards like ASME ,API / EN / TEMA / ASTM 2. Hands on experience on design and analysis software like PV Elite, Compress, Nozzle Pro, Ansys FEA etc and cad packages like Autocad / Inventor / Solidworks. 3. Uptodate Knowledge and experience in Internationals codes / standards like ASME BPVC, EN13445 / TEMA/ API650/620 and ASTM standards. 4. hands on experience in design and analysis software like PV Elite, Compress, Nozzle Pro, Ansys FEA etc. Key Job Success factors (Key Responsibilities) 1. Carryout Mechanical design and detailed Engineering activities based on project and equipment specifications, codes, standards, regulatory requirements and ensuring engineering deliverables and BOM inline with project schedules. 2. Lead and carryout Engineering activities of complete project in-compliance with design requirements, project specifications, codes and standards, regulatory requirements with complete engineering deliverables and BOM inline with project schedules. 3. Coordinate with Customer, Consultants to bring clarity on all specifications and coordinate with manufacturing, quality and procurement teams along with project manager so that everyone understands and delivers inline with requirements. Other Responsibilities 1. Provide technical support to proposal team for technical clarifications on enquiries, validating engineering scope of supply and provide comprehensive inputs for submission of accurate proposals/bids on time. 2. Ensure compliance to procedures and processes,internal QMS, and maintaining necessary records and documentation for auditing. 3. Competency and skill enhancements by Keeping upto date with latest codes , standards and changes in statutory and regulatory requirements and to be torch bearer for implementing new designs inline with organizations growth plans. 4. Engineering documentation and SAP activities as per project requirements and standard operating Procedures. Technical Competencies 1. Hands on experience in design (minimum 5 years) and detailed Engineering of high pressure equipment for oil and gas , chemical and other process industry. with very good knowledge in design requirements. 2. Strong analytical and mathematical skills and result orientated personality. 3. Hands on experience in design and documentation of U stamp, CE marking jobs and working experience with EIL and other EPC / Engineering consultants is desirable.interested can share cvs athidden_mobilehidden_email
