Job Description

    As an ERP Developer at our company located in Meerut, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our ERP systems, automating business processes, and developing new software applications. Your responsibilities will include:- Maintaining and supporting existing ERP systems to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.- Automating business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.- Developing new software modules and applications using C#, SQL, and .NET to integrate with ERP systems.- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues, including bug fixing and implementing corrective actions.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies.To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Computer Science (B.Tech/B.E.), or related field.- Masters degree in Computer Applications (MCA), Technology (M.Tech), or related field is preferred.- Proficiency in C#, SQL, and .NET development.- 2 to 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, support, and testing.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.In addition to the challenging and rewarding work environment, we offer a competitive salary ranging from 3 to 8 LPA along with other perks and benefits.
