HR MANAGER Position - Human Resources Manager Number of Opening : 01 Work Experience : 1- 2 years in Human Resource Qualification : MBA Location : Meerut Salary : No bar for Right Candidate Job Profile: - Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff. Plan and conduct new employee orientation. Identify and manage training and development needs for employees. Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures. Administer HR policies and procedures . Administer compensation and benefits. Implement and monitor performance management system. Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes. Administer employee discipline processes. Review and update employee rules and regulations. Maintain the human resource information system and employee database. Education and Experience: - Degree in human resources management, business administration or equivalent. Generalist human resources experience.
