Job Description

    The job involves overseeing the workers and ensuring timely completion of the production process. You will be responsible for supervising the entire packaging procedure, from packaging to dispatch. It is crucial to guarantee the accurate printing and encoding of all customer orders, including MRP, batch codes, production, expiry dates, etc.Your role will also entail supervising and coordinating the activities of the packaging staff to prevent errors. Effective communication with the store in charge and production supervisor is essential to ensure the precise and punctual dispatch of all orders. You will need to verify and ensure that all essential requirements (such as barcodes, box printing, item names, labels) for each customer are met according to company standards.Maintaining the proper functioning and cleanliness of all packaging equipment is a key aspect of this position. Keeping the packaging area organized and tidy at all times is also part of your responsibilities.This is a full-time position that offers yearly bonuses. The job requires a reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, before commencing work.Preferred qualifications include a Bachelors degree, and prior experience in mechanical engineering for at least 3 years.This role will be based on-site, requiring your physical presence at the work location.,
