We are dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards and delivering exceptional products to our clients.Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist with 4-5 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product manufacturing, including corrugated boxes, mono cartons, liner cartons, and rigid boxes.Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to improve operational performance.- Head Quality Assurance, Supplier Development, and Customer Support.- Communicate quality-related issues, non-conformities, and audit reports to top management and initiate corrective and preventive actions.- Handle Incoming Quality, In-process Quality, Supplier Issues, and ensure final product Quality.- Prepare and update SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, and Checklists.- Manage Process Control and Rejection Control.- Support the implementation of product revisions and new product development.Skills and Qualifications: - 4-5 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry.- Hands-on experience with product manufacturing, including corrugated boxes, mono cartons, and rigid boxes.- A degree in a relevant field is preferred; candidates with 6-7 years of relevant experience without formal education will also be considered.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Type: Full-timePay: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per monthBenefits:• Provident FundSchedule:• Day shiftExperience:• total work: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: In personSpeak with the employer91 9673480303
