Job Description

  • Capital equipment erection & commissioning like High Pressure Molding line(HPML),Sand plant, Press pour
  • Preventive maintenance for upkeep of plant & Equipment with Minimum down time
  • To check the thermography of the bearings for preventive maintenance
  • To optimize the consumption of the compressed air in the plant
  • To monitor Daily Work Management activities of Maintenance
  • To Facilitate TPM /TMW Activities in Foundry
  • To identify & reduce idle time by removing bottlenecks by coordinating with production
  • Planning of preventive maintenance & their daily monitoring
  • Identify CRE projects & their timely completion well within time
  • Training of manpower based on training needs in Hydraulics, pneumatic & Induction furnace & specific technical areas
