        • Collection Based Incentive
        • Model Based Incentive Scheme / Support to Dealers.
        • DSE / DSM Incentives
        • Others incentive like Subvention, Activities, Exchange etc
        • Non-monitory schemes: Planning & Execution (Domestic/ Foreign trips & conferences)
        • Performance based awards
        • Handling all documentation related to incentives (From Area office & Accounts)
    • Credit Management
        • Order Management for Billing
    • MIS Tracking & Information sharing with stakeholders.
        • Incentives Related MIS
        • Exchange Stock MIS
        • Code Business MIS
    • Capex Planning & Monitoring For Sales Function
    • Satisfaction Surveys Dealer & AO
