Job Description

  • Responsible for Validation and Verification of Agricultral machinery (Tractor operated and Self propelled) in the Field
  • Planning and conducting Performacne and Endurance field testing of agri machinery as per Customer usage practice
  • Take corrective and preventative action when performance falls short of targets and suggest suitable measures to up grade the performance to desired level.
  • Will be required to work with other functions like Production, marketing, product-support.
  • Should have in-depth knowledge of certifcation of Agri machinery from GOI approved agencies.(NRFMTTI, Hissar and Agricultral universities)
  • Should be able to own and ensure the Govt. test certificate availability as per the project timelines
  • Final clearance to Product seeding on the basis of Gen-1 and Gen-2 testing
Functional competency:
  • To Conduct Field Testing of all kinds of Tractor operated implements (Tillage, Planting etc.), Self propelled implements (Rice transplanter, Harvesters ( Wheel & Track type) etc.)
  • Recording of ORC s observed during testing and suggest possible solutions.
  • Field testing results to be documented in std format and to be shared with CFT
  • Should be able to tie-up with customers in different states for the product testing as per the project need.
  • Create DVP / SOP for Testing ( Perormance and Endurance)
  • Good understanding of various systems at GOI testing stations for getting the certifcation for Agri machinery.
  • Ready to travel on short notices to fied test sites and Customers.
