Job Responsibilities:Work closely & jointly with Bancassurance channel partner to ensure company achieves its business targets.Support channel partner in delivering higher levels of productivity. Facilitate the process from login to issuance.Visit potential customers for new business. Make the customer understand about the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets with the customers requirements.Achieving and consistently driving new business and renewal persistency target for the assigned branches.Engage with BM/ Branch staff & other key stakeholders to drive Life insurance sales through a combination of coaching, training, field sales support, lead management and business development activities.Criteria / skill required for the role -Age Limit 22 to 30 years.Education Qualification: Graduate Any stream.Experience at least 1 years experience of field sales jobs in any industry degree.
