Job Description

We are looking for an insatiably curious HR professional to join our growing organization. This role will require to partner with our people manager community and coach them in key people processes. Additionally, the role will have program leadership responsibilities in specific areas of the associate life cycle - influencing processes to ensure they align to culture and strategic business priorities. For that reason, this role would best suit a data-centric HR professional who has had prior experience leading programs and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business to identify and fulfill short term business needs towards talent management
  • Manage requirements related to RoundGlass entering new and unique markets and continue to scale the workforce.
  • Collaborate with business team to ensure compliance and traction across various employee life-cycle processes
  • Conduct HR pulse/ HR connects to understand the pulse of the unit and construct action plans to address concerns. Manage associate conflict, issues and grievances and act as an associate facilitator
  • Partner with stakeholders to roll out all key people processes (performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, etc.)
  • Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, includes- analyzing Exit interview , observe trends and highlight important aspects
  • Consult with the leaders on organizational initiatives that ensure alignment between management and associates
  • Be an advocate for all associates and organization s culture
  • Provide guidance and input on team planning, succession planning, compensation, benchmarking, etc.
  • Identify individual executive guidance needs
  • Strong ongoing engagement with Leadership Team, HR Shared Services, and HRBP counterparts
  • Plan and execute Engagement Activities across the entity
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Travel regularly to the local centres and resolve employee issues.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Education Level Required: MBA/Masters degree required in Human Resources or Business, or Organizational Development
  • 7 - 8 years of relevant HRBP experience with an understanding of talent acquisition
  • Excellent understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, and leadership development
  • Understanding of various employment laws and their impact on HR matters
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results in a high paced / high demand environment
  • Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and flexibility to be proactive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
  • Proficiency in making timely, effective, ethics-based decisions
  • Demonstrated experience in providing HR consultation to senior leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to partner/collaborate within and outside of HR
  • Knowledge and experience in technology businesses including a familiarity with relevant HR practices and policies
  • Unquestioned integrity; resolve, presence, and sureness
  • Tenacity and ability to create from scratch are imperative
  • Must be an articulate and persuasive communicator including excellent presentation skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be able to travel, including short-term assignments based upon business requirements.
