Job Description

As the Associate of the Career Advancement Services (CAS) department in Mohali, the job holder is expected to get the placement activities executed. S/ he is required to work in close co- ordination with the CAS process team, as well as the P&I Mohali team.In order to ensure effective execution of the job the incumbent is required to understand, analyse and execute the jobs assigned in time. S/ he is also expected to contribute towards enhancing the effectiveness of the services provided to students and ensure increase in overall satisfaction level.The job holder is also expected to execute the action plan of the CAS department. Work on SPB, e- profiler, placement portal, prepare placement report/ s, and reply to the student queries, PPT management, job- postings, interview scheduling, offer management, exit process and all activities of one region. The job holder is also expected to work in close coordination with the CAS CR, students and Team CAS Process.S/ he is required to interact with CR, students, other departments and recruiters when in campus to ensure the great placement experience.Support to the Head - Integrated P&I, CAS at the Mohali campus is part of this role. The incumbent will be evaluated upon the quality of support provided, which includes data management, inter- departmental co- ordination of work, smooth operation of recruiter visits and CAS events on campus, and support provided to student engagement activities at Mohali. RESPONSIBILITIES - Working on SPB, eProfiler & placement portal- Regional coordination, coordination for PPT & interviews- Interview scheduling, printing (Resume, Schedules etc) , Reports- Exit process, Offer/ FIF updation, logistics, Support to Head Integrated - P&I, CASSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Qualification: Preferred MBASkills: Technical- MS Office, Database Mgt, communication skills Behavioural- Interpersonal skillsExperience: 3 - 5 years,
