Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references, and recommending qualified candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Conducts regular follow-up meetings with managers and business leaders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Actively develops and maintains a pool of qualified candidates for current and future business needs
  • Utilizes creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting/interviewing techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • Works with hiring managers to prepare and present job offers to candidates
  • Work with the RoundGlass team and business leaders to develop a strategy that builds proactive talent network
  • Infuse technology and operational improvements throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle that improve key recruiting metrics and drive business results
  • In the role of change agent, promote innovation, continual improvement and action orientation
  • Develop trusted and meaningful relationships with Company leaders and managers to continually evaluate and improve the talent acquisition processes
  • Responsible for delivering high quality candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process in an expedient manner.
  • This individual will frequently be required to perform multiple demanding tasks simultaneously and must demonstrate the experience and judgment to effectively manage these situations.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor s degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 8 years recruiting experience in both IT non-IT.
  • Demonstrated ability to and interest in recruiting for a broad spectrum of position
  • Excellent track record of building proactive candidate sourcing strategies
  • Experience working in an environment that embraces technology, including previous experience managing/implementing recruiting applications/social media and other recruiting tools
  • Experience in salary negotiations with candidates
  • Strong team player; the ability to work closely with the broader recruiting team members and hiring managers.
  • Must have a solutions-focus, being able to sort through information and develop innovative solutions quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a balance of quality as well as quantity candidates and hires
  • Effective strategic thinking, sourcing skills, problem solving, cross group collaboration, and oral/written/persuasive communication skills are necessary
  • Familiarity with various Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
