    3.Advertising Management:
    • Oversee the development and execution of advertising initiatives across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
    • Negotiate and manage relationships with advertising agencies and media partners.
    • Ensure advertising activities are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
    4.Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
    • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and advertising efforts.
    • Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize future strategies.
    5.Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
    • Monitor expenses, track campaign costs, and provide regular budget updates to management.
    6.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
