Ltd. your primary role is to identify, cultivate, and establish new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base, increasing market share, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market segments for business development.Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and trust-building.Needs Assessment: Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points to propose tailored solutions that align with our products/services.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase our offerings and value proposition.Sales Cycles: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensure accurate and timely follow-up with leads and prospects.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and agreements to close deals that are mutually beneficial.Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven business development or sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.Goal-oriented and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and prospects.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant business development experience and achievements.
