Job Title: Manager- Business Development Manager Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Mohali Qualifying Criteria: Graduate/Post Graduate Experience: 4 years + Compensation: Best in industry Should have experience in Recruitment Industry. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for driving the Business Development effort in accordance with the Company strategy and budget for Market. 2. Strategically plan the overall management and objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals and directives. 3. Build, develop, coach and support an effective team; drive achievement of organizational objectives by identifying opportunities for growth and learning while fostering a high performance culture. 4. Supports and advises the Management in decision-making, ensuring that relevant financial and operational data is presented to the Management in a consistent and timely manner. 5. Demonstrates capability and leadership in making a variety of routine and complex decisions affecting the region and division. Provides effective communication on the rationale for these decisions to all levels of affected management personnel. 6. Researches, develops, and implements Business Development strategies and programs focusing on the retention of present business and the acquisition of new business. 7. Troubleshoots all systems and procedures makes necessary modifications and changes to maximize operational efficiency.
