  • Ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the services given to Clients.
  • Supporting Clients through various communication Domains like Telephonic, Email, Chat.
  • Be responsible to deliver a high quality, customer-driven, support service resolving customer inquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
  • Demonstrate confidence and willingness to resolve customer requests or queries.
Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: 12th/ Graduate/ PG/ Diploma
  • Fresher or Experienced candidates, both can apply
  • Age- 18 to 35 years
