Validation of component , systems of engine and corresponding parts in terms of performance & durability through in-house testing, timely data monitoring. - Data acquisition through strain gauging and usage of other instrumentation like accelerometers, transducers, sensors, angle encoders for collection of various parameters like strain, pressure, temperature etc. - Collection of field data for formation of duty cycles (for fatigue testing) and subsequent analysis to validate the load cases. - Field to lab simulation for replicating the various field failures in lab. - Upgradation of DVP & formation of new ones on the basis of various inputs in the form of test request, field failure etc. - Release of test reports for samples tested. - ORC circulation for root cause analysis and design feedback.,
