Ensuring Prompt Closure of Customer Concerns by leading the Customer Focus group and ensuring high level of Customer Centricity and Responsiveness within the team.Establish, Institutionalize structured process to capture the voice of customers through dealers and customer care for Product Quality & Reliability improvement and ensure that it is deployed through appropriate initiatives, goals and mentoringEnsuring Warranty Returned parts Analysis, Identification of failure modes and taking necessary actions to reduce Warranty defects and Cost.Identification and Analysis of Root causes of Customer Concerns / Issues through the use of statistical and analytical tools and attribution of the problem to different stakeholders for faster closure.Ensure prompt delivery of Customer Centric projects within Benchmark time lined by Interfacing and Influencing different stakeholders and debottlenecking the issues for faster resolution.Ensure that the new launched product is at par or better than the benchmark in terms of Quality Dimensions by coordinating with R&D and Testing team during the product development stages thereby facilitating First time Right launch.Takes the lead in organizing periodic management reviews with the Stakeholders to provide updates on the progress as against the Quality Improvements.Provide functional guidance to the Customer Quality Assurance team in terms of enhancing Quality functional excellence and ensure that a structured problem solving approach is being followed to improve the effectiveness & efficiency.Ensure the deployment of quality management system defined in MEM through structured product, process & component audit.Perform the role of a people manager for the team to - Manage and support recruitment, set KRAs for direct reports, monitor overall teams KRAs, conduct performance appraisal, ensure clarity and delineation of individual roles, appropriate delegation of responsibility - Facilitate the development of subordinates through constant on and off the job learning, job rotation, etc - To guide, motivate and develop the sub-ordinates - Oversee staff deployment and drive motivation levels of the team, monitor staff welfare and facilitate complaint resolution, manage efficiency levels and drive timely delivery of all operational targets are adequately communicated Expericence Required:- 16 years +Industry preffered :- Automotive/ AgriCompetencies:- High customer centrecity , leadership Skills, Man Management Skills, Influencing Skills,
