Job Description

Looking for HR Operations Executive with at least 1 year of experience in HR Operations Executive, who will focus and manage employee engagement, employer branding, manage performance, and overall help in scaling up of the organization.The role of the HR OperationsExecutive would encompass the following:

  • All in-house administrative responsibilities
  • Design, update job descriptions and advertise job openings
  • Source potential candidates from various channels, screen incoming applications and interview candidates
  • Monitor key HR metrics
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on board
  • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organisation
  • Documentation, filing & backend related work to all hires
  • Coordinating with Bank agents for opening new salary account for employees
  • Attendance record management
  • Will be the HR spoc for all the employees
  • Timely resolution of the employee grievances & queries etc
  • Post offer engagement activities
  • Background verification for all the new hires
  • Providing pay-roll inputs for timely salary release
Desired experience/ background:
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR Operations
  • Experience in Excel is a must
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgement
  • Has a consistent track record of being prepared and delivering high quality work in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated work history of resourcefulness and problem solving- be able to think outside of the box
  • Excited, curious, confident and passionate about HR and our organization
