Plan and execute the online marketing components for lead gen including effective landing pages and email templatesPerformance Analysis of Marketing Activities and presenting the weekly/ monthly reports with useful insights and suggestions for improvements. Explore and recommend new marketing strategies in line with our organizational goals. Traffic Quality, Behavior Analysis and Conversion Analysis and Reporting on regular basis and share suggestions for improvement. Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the business websites and Improve Leads Generation. Analyse, Define, Implement, Audit, Refine processes related to Monthly Goals/ Targets, Marketing/ Promotion Campaign Specific Goals/ Targets, Project Team Structure, Tasks Assignment, Performance Evaluation at Project Level and Individual Team Member Level. Keep the concerned seniors and department heads updated about - what are strengths of each marketing team member and where marketing team member needs training. Plan, Schedule, Monitor, Audit the training sessions being conduct in Marketing Department. Monitor competitors strategies for Digital Marketing, Online Branding and Lead Generation and Evolve/ Revise own strategies to maintain an edge over them. Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data; sharing recommendations and action plan. Work closely with content team, suggest topics which can be covered to improve engagement and spread awareness about products and services.
