Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesJOB PurposeTo lead projects with business leaders and proactively provide technical and functional solution, recommendation, strategic plans, cost savings, business scope expansion. Also, provide analysis to make decisions, investigate into and drive improvement in variations to targets. Coordinate with multiple departments (India, US), meet with managers, and drive data collection processes. Develop, generate, and review presentations, dashboards, statistics, graphs, and numeric data. Role and Responsibilities / KRAs

  • Professional experience of about 10 years in Business Analytics, MIS Reporting, Business intelligence, Data extraction & data transformation
  • Leading projects with business leaders to proactively provide technical & functional solution, recommendations, strategic plans, cost savings, business scope expansion
  • Proficient in big data management using Oracle DB, SAP Business Object, SFDC, data transformation, creating analytical visibility and develop visualization dashboards in Tableau/Spotfire/PPT
  • Analytics & MIS Reporting - Well versed in creating Key performance Indicators, providing actionable insights, process Improvement, Consulting business models from operation and identifying the cost saving opportunity
  • Project management - Good in end-to-end Project management with cross functional team, able to set work priorities and handle multiple projects in parallel.
  • Demonstrate ability to independently identify and analyze business problems and recommended solutions through various approaches, tools and techniques.
  • Develops problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram; studying system capabilities; analyzing alternative solutions; preparing system specifications
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring operational issues.
  • Understand problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements
  • MBA in Finance
