Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities: -

  • Analyse, extract, and review relevant data from various client and proprietary systems to create spreadsheet reports for use of management, incentive pay-outs, efficiency, quality, and productivity analysis, employee stack-ranking, cost analysis, billing/invoicing
  • Use Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas and graphing to streamline business processes
  • Advanced Excel skills (i.e. complex formulas)
  • Able to debug/code difficult functions/macros using VBA
  • Ability to programmatically manipulate worksheet and cell properties using VBA
  • Must possess problem solving skills and be proactive in researching solutions for Business processes.
  • Create multi-level reports from the same data to serve multiple stakeholders with minimum manual re-work
  • Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Skills set: -
  • Candidates with 3 -7 Years of experience in creating and maintaining MIS reports and Workflow Management tools for Banking, Financial Services, BPO/KPO/LPO, or Back-office Operations.
  • Should have knowledge of excel functions like Custom Sort, condition formatting, dynamic data source, offsets and use of these excel functions with VBA.
  • High attention to detail
  • Must have an analytical bent of mind
  • High proficiency with macros and VBA coding
  • Preferable experience in Web API and Rest API with good knowledge of its ecosystems
  • Preferable experience in Database connectivity
  • Should be able to build excel tools with high scalability and agility
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language with business and technical team members both internal and with the clients.
