Capable of Giving training to the new operators in component identification, tools operations and soldering techniques Knowledge in Wave soldering process : Pre heater temperature settings for ROHS and NON ROHS process specifically Method of controlling conveyer speed Method of applying flux for better yield Conformal coating process Knowledge in checking spray viscosity and air settings, programming Pre heater and post heater conveyer temperature settings and conveyer adjustments Knowledge in SMT process Screen printing process, Pick and place process, Re flow process& re work process Following & Maintaining the ISO standards& ESD aware ness Capable of handling 100-120 manpower. knowledge in Production Plan and Execution skill with an optimum Utilization of available resource knowledge in Introduction of Test Jigs and Fixtures for Cycle Time Reduction Problem solving abilities in all area Inter departmental Co-ordination is must for smooth flow in factory operation.
