Creating DVPs based on customer usage & product design. Coordinating with Product Management for understanding customer requirements & Quality Planning for new product development process adherence. Complete Test planning based on DVP, Scheduling the trials & team handling. Market studies for new & upcoming applications and incorporation into DVPs Performance benchmarking, Reliability & Endurance testing of tractors & Agriculture machines. Endurance and life cycle testing of newly designed parts on tracks and in field Comparative performance trials with Competitors products in various types of soil as per customer practice. Compatibility Test of various Implements & Machines like: Rotary Tiller, MB Plough, Disc Plough, TMCH, Straw Reaper etc. Test report generation (MIS, Failure Reports, Customer Feedback etc.) Co-relation establishment between DFMEA and field failure. Handling Protoshop, Workshop, Tractor upgradation, Retro fitment planning and execution. Shop floor Manpower handling, Planning and execution.In-depth technical knowledge of Tractors. Knowledge of various crop life cycles and Agricultural Equipment Life cycles Experience in Field Testing of Agriculture Tractor & Implements as per Testing Standards Experience in tractor assembly, preventive and breakdown maintenance, inspection of parts & assemblies Experience in Agricultural Equipment repairing viz. Rotary Tiller, Cultivator, Harrow, Plough Knowledge of land development equipment viz. Front End Loader, Back Hoe, Dozer etc.,
