Job Description

HiWe are looking for MIS / WFM - Executive/MCAPosition: MIS / WFM - Executive/MCASalary Package:Rs. 3 LPA TO 6 LPA+ Other benefitsJoining Date :Immediate joiner (1 Week )Location: Jaipur, Gurugram, MohaliRequired skills for the All Mohali, Jaipur & Gurgaon profile are:Required Skills for Scheduler Jaipur/Mohali :

  • Proficient in IEX scheduling.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in BPO
  • Understanding of impact of aux, AHT, shrinkage, occupancy & utilization on average position staffed
  • Understanding of trend & seasonality & its impact on intraday SLs
  • Understanding of importance of intraday shrinkages / arrival pattern changes on the SLs.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
PFB the skill set for WFM Co-ordinator (Gurgaon):
  • Experience on the macro and VBA coding
  • Hands on experience on advance excel along with power pivots and MS- Access
  • Should have worked on SQL
  • Working experience should be more than 1 years
  • Candidate should have worked in the BPO environment and comfortable with 24*7 shifts
  • IEX , CMS Avaya- tools required
  • Excellent Communication skills
