Online Bidder Responsibilities and DutiesGenerating business leads through online freelancing portal likes Upwork, Guru, PPH, freelancer, etc.Online bidding for IT and Digital Services.Handling projects and coordinating with the teamResponsible for Online Bidding, Follow-Ups, Competition Analysis, Discussion with Offshore Clients.Following Up Clients Continuously and Responding to Client Inquiries.Proposal Writing, and Requirement Gathering.Managing Cost & Time Negotiations with the clients and successfully converting Leads.Achieving Business Targets.Qualifications and SkillsMust have good communication and writing skills.Must be able to work in a team or independently.Experience in proposal writingPractical knowledge of bidding portals like - Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, etc.Must have experience in Lead conversion and client chat.
