Job Description

  • Driving the Sales and achieving business objectives of the organisation.
  • Managing large team of Process Associate/ TL and Managers.
  • Creating dynamic momentum in the organisation and supporting team members to accomplish their monthly /quarterly/ annual goals.
  • Candidate must possess excellent Management Operational Skills for the company with experience in handling international clients, maturity of judgment under pressure/ ability to diagnose level of customer need, team leadership customer satisfaction while managing and understanding competition, consequently achieving and providing high standard services.
  • Liaise with team leaders of various departments like Transport, Customer Services, Exports, Customs and Quotes to facilitate efficient management of Operations.
  • He must set KRAs for all the departments in discussion with the team managers. Review and analyse performance reports against targets on a weekly/monthly basis with Team managers and with clients and investigate causes for performance deviations.
  • Conduct meetings at regular intervals with the different team managers to address concerns.
  • Should actively work as an interface between staff and higher management.
  • Ensure process compliance with all business rules and regulatory directives, and adherence to all operational processes and procedures.
  • Perform trend analysis on MIS /data and identify deficiencies (tools, metrics & reports) and recommend solutions; ensure maintenance of processes and procedures to facilitate the same.
  • Be active in recruitments and ensure smooth induction and training for the new hires.
  • Manage attrition by implementing measures for retention of work force.
  • Review, recommend and implement new methods and procedures to ensure efficiency of operations team.
  • Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills required promoting team spirit and collaboratively helps to achieve team goals. Also adept at handling operational tasks, managing customer requests and coordinating between senior management and customers.
