  • On paper experience-Manager Ops
  • Excellent Comm. Skills
  • Should have good knowledge of content moderation.
  • Must have handled Operational KPIs: Shrinkage, Attrition, SLs, Abandoned, C-SAT,TNPS.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
Must have handled FTE count of 100+.Training Manager:
  • On paper relevant experience as AM training/Manager Training
  • Excellent Comm. Skills required.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Maintain and update all training material.
  • Should possess a complete knowledge and understanding of products and quality guidelines for all clients programs
  • 7-8 Years of total Experience and preferably in handling BPO business.
  • Basic Computer skills required.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Power point , Excel, Understanding of Ops Reports and MIS.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire new & existing Team mates.
  • Must have a strong eye for detail and a thorough understanding of client expectations.
