  • To collect the reference Document like Production, Planning.
  • Proper utilization of resources, and increase production.
  • Preparing and implementing action plan effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency.
  • Distribution of work to supervisors operator and fabricator in order to achieve daily production, target.
  • Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.
  • Utilization of supervisors manpower accurately.
  • Troubleshooting and solving technical problem.
  • Organization daily work at shop floor.
  • Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through kaizen activities.
  • Development of operator through multi skill.
  • Handling supervisors and manpower
  • Preparing management information reports to ensure progress in department.
  • Analysis of daily tool consumption and generation of production.
  • Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement.
  • Arranging, repairing and maintaining tool.
  • Continuously working towards quality production of productivity improvement through kaizen activities, 5s implementation.
