Job Description

(Leading Battery Manufacturing Organization)Location-Himachal PradeshExperience:6+ Years in production in Battery IndustryDescription:

Expertise in managing end to end production management operation including capacity planning & aligning the resources with the best possible quality & quantity as per norms & standards
Responsible for calculating the standard time measurement (KE, KD, KS) of all manual process through MTM (Method Time Measurement).
VSM study of the plant for present & future state both, identifying burst and taking the project for improvement
Responsible for implementation of SPS clauses up to standard level
Daily monitoring of KE (Efficiency Coefficient) in all the cells and weekly analysis of KE through waste waterfall chart
Monitoring of OEE of the machines
Monitoring of monthly DLP (Direct labour productivity) & IE(Industrial efficiency)
Monitoring changeover time in the process & taking SMED projects to reduce the changeover
Responsible for implementation of SIM (Short Interval management) cycles on the shop floor
Responsible for manpower training & development program
Responsible for ergonomic diagnosis in the manual activities.
