JOB DESCRIPTION As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and executing sophisticated test plans to ensure the delivery of high quality web application. As a member of the development team, you will help us develop product solutions and deliver features that power the next generation of global applications using mobile and web technologies. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet quality standards Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements JOB QUALIFICATION Education Background Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering 3+ years of experience testing software products and technologies 2+ years of Manual testing, Automation Testing, exposureexperience in Selenium. Technical Background Required Skillset A stable work history UX and Public facing web application testing experience required Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases Experience working in an AgileScrum development process Strong desire to learn, push the envelope, and share knowledge with others. Desired Skillset Experience testing mobile applications Experience with performance andor security testing is a plus. Personal Background Ability to work in both an individual and team based environment. Strong attention to detail. Proven problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills. ,
