Knowledge of execution of construction sites like Residential / Commercial / Infra, Specialization:Building and construction of commercial building work ; Site Engineering, Project Management Construction-General Building To prepare, coordinate and monitor the technical and planning requirements of the project with the objective of ensuring progress is meeting targets To coordinate and liaise with Construction Managers, Site teams, Subcontractors to plan and monitor the status and progress of construction works Work with the project team to track and record information for change control Assisting as appropriate in various elements of contract administration Recording and collating documentation relevant to time-related contractual claims both with client and subcontractors To prepare and issue program updates as required for internal and client reporting IN ORDER TO ensure progress is in line with planned objective Preparation and revision updating of the Preliminary Construction Program, Construction programs, stage programs and weekly programs as appropriate Excellent communication skills (written/oral) Preparation of complete output documents/drawings, design reports.
