Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings From M/S OS Management Consulting ServicesDesignation: -Circle Head-O & M (Passive Head)Industry-Telecom (Would prefer people with a Telecom background or people who have handled Telecom Tower management/site management and regulatory compliance etc.)Educational Background-B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical engineeringSalary Range-90-100K Per Month& NegotiableExperience-15-20 Years.--Strong Technical background in managing electrical infra at Mobile Tower sites,-Strong experience in root cause analysis, corrective actions within defined TAT and safety assessment,-Monitoring and implementation of Infra PM Activities-Maintaining highest recommended NWA of all sites as per agreed work contract with IPs,-Developing & maintaining effective/efficient Diesel Filling Plan (Beat Plan) for better energy management at sites,-Handling PM/CM/Management of infra (DG & Batteries etc.) through OEM,-Alarm monitoring through NOC/TOC team, its timely communication to field team & its closer with-in agreed TAT,-Handling all/any dispute related to SITE with concerned authority/individual through team of internal / outsourced experts,-Handling vendors/business partners for timely PM activities, EB Works, Diesel filling or what-so-ever is outsourced (if any),-Induction Training to new team members,-Coordination & maintaining healthy relationship with-Operators for NWA, KPI & other Sign-off in time,-Responsible for overall P & L of the circle,-Inspection && Maintenance of PPE and safety equipment after technical evaluation,-Conducting Safety Training/Awareness program as per Training calendar to all categories of site employees-Good Communication and interpersonal skills i.e. email writing skills, logical strong-Strong Excel Database Skills pivot, VLOOKUP, PPT etc.-Versatile with multi-tasking skills.-Idea generation and creative thinking.-Maintain good relationships with clients.-Able to build effective relationships with all colleagues of all levels and of all ages.-Good communication skills and teamwork spirit Self-confidence and commitment.Kindly share us your updated resume ASAP.Thanks & RegardsReenu TiwariE-mail : hidden_emailmContact-+91-hidden_mobile/22Landline-0hidden_mobileVisit our Facebook Page :- @osmgmtservicesW-www.osmgmtservices.comM/S OS Mgmt Consulting ServicesLinkedin-https://www.linkedin.com/in/reenu-tiwari-hidden_mobile4/Instagram-https://www.instagram.com/osmanagementconsultingservices/
