Job Description

Sales Manager Organic FMCG Products (Ghee & Honey) Location: Tricity Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to 3,00,000 per annum Gender: Open to Male & Female Candidates Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler & have personal conveyance Joining: ImmediateKey Responsibilities:Drive sales and distribution of organic ghee and honey across retail and wholesale channels within Tricity.Develop strategic partnerships with local retailers, health stores, and supermarkets.Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility and availability of products.Execute promotional activities and campaigns to boost product awareness.Monitor and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction for all B2B and B2C clients.Coordinate with backend teams for logistics and inventory management.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably food or organic category).Strong understanding of regional market dynamics in Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Must-Have:Personal two-wheeler with valid driving license.Smartphone and basic digital fluency.Immediate availability to join.
