Senior Manager - CLMP Responsibilities To help and be directly involved in case development and preparing teaching and research materials that support the pedagogical and knowledge - creation objectives of the school. At ISB, the Centre for Learning and Management Practice (CLMP) is focused on facilitating teaching excellence in the classroom, enabling innovative pedagogies for effective learning, assisting in the measurement and impact of learning, supporting the writing of India - specific business cases, and the training of case writers and teachers for business schools in India. The Centre functions as a unique exchange platform that facilitates a symbiotic collaboration among the corporate sector, government organizations and academia. The Centre also aims to promote linkages between industry thought leadership and research at the school to deliver the best of business insights from India and Asia. The Centre is also involved in converting faculty research papers and other academic output from within the school into meaningful products to be disseminated to various stakeholders and the general public. The job holder will work with faculty, Centres and Institutes on activities related to the development of case studies and teaching and research materials that support the pedagogical and knowledge - creation objectives of the school. The job holder would be required to attend various academic and research focused events at the school level with the purpose of generating conference papers, abstracts, summary proceedings, mediaweb stories, interview transcripts, audio visual content, etc. Working collaboratively with faculty, researchers, and other units within ISB, the incumbent would be involved in putting together reports, white papers and summaries of research papers. This position requires strong knowledge of management and business issues and an ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, perform analysis, and develop case studies. This position requires the ability to collaborate with faculty, other researchers, and editing staff to ensure delivery of materials suitable for peer review, publication, or classroom use.
