Job Description

JOB TITLE: Sr. HR Executive (Male US Night Shift)ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
  • Maintaining the HRIS for all active employees pertaining to the updated information
  • Responsible for employee relationship, employee grievances, related to general queries.
  • Maintaining the time tracking details and capturing the late and early timings
  • Responsible for facilitating the new hires on the floor
  • Responsible for Employee safety, welfare and wellness education
  • Maintaining the employee documentation as per the business needs
  • Responsible for exit formalities
  • Responsible for maintaining the statutory compliances-handling the PF ESIC queries and tracking the reports
  • Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes
  • rack the attendance of all employees day wise in provided excel format (or) in the HRMIS as per organization requirement and communication.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; can take direction with ease in multiple forms and work with all levels of internal management and personnel
General
  • Be the central person for all HR and Admin related communication for the district.
  • Visit and participate in the block level review meetings twice in a month.
  • Handle employee grievances formally and informally, forward them to concerned department and follow up for resolution.
  • Play the role of Employee champion by knowing and counseling their employees as and when required.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Extremely well written and communication skills in English
  • 2 plus years of high caliber HR Generalist
  • Office experience in engineering, construction, architecture, or telecommunications industry
  • Highly Organized
  • Detail Oriented
  • Advanced verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior Time Management - ability to prioritize large workloads
  • Flexible - takes direction with ease
  • Critical thinking - takes initiative - self-motivated
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, ADP Workforce Now or previous payroll experience a plus
  • Positive attitude
