Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesJOB PURPOSE: Responsible for entire HR & Admin function pertaining to the Supply Chain, specially managing the Recruitment, HR operations, Employee Engagement & Learning & Development in SCC. Achieving HR operational excellence through proactive HR management and to work along with business towards achieving the organizational goals. TALENT ACQUISITION:

  • To provide required Manpower with competencies defined as per budgets
  • Replacement position hiring against attrition
  • New Budgeted and replacement positions of commissary
  • Induction and orientation for of new joiners and existing employees
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
  • Monthly Employee Engagement Calendar and execution of same
  • Organizing Fun at work activities and CSR activities on monthly and quarterly basis
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
  • Implementation of all trainings as per training calendar:Identification of training needs and formulation of training calendar; and implementation of training calendar for Staff as well as for crew and contractual staff.
HRIS AND PIMS
  • To ensure creations for all New joined are done in HRIS
  • To ensure all records for each employees are there in HRIS
  • To ensure PMS on time
EMPOLYEE CONNECT & GRIVANCES
  • To track of all queries received from the each department and provide a solution of the same
  • To ensure all concerns are timely addressed and resolved
  • To ensure Timely done all the surveys as and when required
STATUTORY COMPLIANCES
  • To ensure compliance in terms of display and documentation under Factories act, Timely Submission of Annual returns under Acts applicable.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
  • To provide Casual, Housekeeping and security as per the requirement and address the issues with in TAT.
  • To ensure compliance audit of vendors quarterly and ensuring and fixing compliance issues.
  • To ensure bills processed on time
PERSONAL ADMINISTRATION
  • To ensure general administration requirement in place. Managing transportation, printing & stationary, staff welfare, etc
Desired Candidate Profile Qualification MBA. Experience 3 to 6 years experience in HR Punjabi Language proficiency ,
