ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintains knowledge of company and departmental policies and procedures.Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of Human Resource files and records.Portrays a positive and professional image providing exceptional service to associates.Provide People Operations Case Management, Team Leads and HR Business Partners with support for policy & employee relations process-related questions (e.g., People Management, Disciplinary action, Involuntary terminations, position eliminations etc.).Communicates with clients & performs critical HR transactions on boarding, off boarding, background checks, etc. with high levels of speed and accuracyRequired Candidate profileAny graduate degree, HR degree is an add on with a minimum 2-4 years of experience of Human Resources Shared Services experienceAbility to manage and administer a broad range of tasks including resolving complaints, guide managers on the interpretation of policies and procedures.Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources inquiries.Experience with HR systems and technology (e.g. ADP, Bamboo HR, Gusto, TriNet, case management etc.),
