1 Supervision of all packaging activities2. Responsible for packing of all merchandise assigned to his packing hall and possesses packing knowledge ofhardgoods.3. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage orshipment.4. He needs to supervise the production, quality, and warehousing of product in a manner consistent with deliverytimeline.5. Responsible to chase the merchandise from finishing department and ensures he receives the merchandise wellin time to avoid any delay in the shipment. He needs to coordinate departments activities with othersupervisors.6. He should possesses analytical skills i.e can calculate and manage his packing hall shipments on the basis of timerequired to pack the same.7. He should make the list of material to be purchase as soon as he receives the production order sheet of hisdepartment to avoid any last minute surprises.8. Responsible for compliances of his department and should be very flexible with timings i.e needs to stay in thepacking hall till the shift ends.9. Implement dual shift system.10. Daily reporting system to be followed.11. Weekly planning and target achievement.
