Job Description

Thorough understanding & hands-on experience of 5G technology in FDD and TDD mode and - Expertise in 5G Radio Network Planning, but not limited to the following: - 5G Radio Network Planning and Optimization as per customer requirement, budgeting and forecasting, nominal design, candidate selection and finalization etc.for TDD and FDD networks

  • Knowledge on 5G and LTE technology
  • Understanding NSA and SA networks
  • Link Budget for 5G TD and FD networkin FR1 & FR2
  • Planning and Dimensioning of 5G network
  • Knowledge on beam forming, Dualconnectivity
  • PCI planning with planning tools, re-tuning of PCI etc.
  • Knowledge of Radio propagation, Model Tuning
  • Implementation of new 5G and LTE features, and tuning of RAN database parameters
  • Design and implement Mobility strategy, Load balancing strategy and relevant KPIs improvements
  • Through understanding and experience in Tuning of RAN Parameters for KPI and network performance improvement
  • Analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections
  • Experience on using and managing GIS tools like MapinfoPlanning tool like ATOLL, ASSET, the resource should be in possession of a compatible laptop
  • Experience on NSN 4G and 5G systems will be treated as an exceptional advantage
  • Be part of circle operations team on all 4G& 5G planning and performance optimizationrelated activities.
  • Support competence development activities within the team.
  • Good Understanding on circle operations
