Product is a blockbuster and has shown tremendous conversion potential.Profile: Academic Consultant (AC)Job Location:Hyderabad, Vikhaskhapatnam,Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata, Mumbai, Vadodara & DelhiCTC- 3 LPA- 5.5 + Weekly incentivesTA & Mobile expenses will also be provided by the company.Mandatory Requirements :1. Must have Excellent English Communication. 2. All Candidates being uploaded henceforth need to have mandatory 2-5 Yrs of B2C/Direct Sales/Inside Sales Experience.3. Should be willing to work with multiple sales targets. 5. Must have a Laptop and Android smartphone. 6. Must be fluent in English and local language.7. Must be a graduate.8. Must have a two-wheeler.9. Must be an immediate joiner.Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:The selected candidates will be designated as Academic Consultants and initiating phone conversations with parents, ACS analyzes a students need for Company and helps him/her buy the subscription.

  1. Need to do cold callings andCompany will provide leads.
  2. Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions
  3. Getting sales conversion through video calls.
  4. Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
  5. Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as a solution
  6. Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions
