An employee is expected to supervise and manage the accounts and finance department of the company independently. Apart from handling day-today accounting of two entities, Employee will initiate following practices and policies 1) Preparation of working capital statement 2) Budgeting and cash flow 3) Regulatory filing such as GST, TDS etc 4) Establishing and adhering best accounting practices 4) Compliance matters of both the companiesDESIRED SKILL:Accounts and Finance knowledge is a must and the candidate with team handling experience is desired. Candidate should have prior experience of the working company and not preferably with CA firm.
