The candidate will join the BFSI cluster as Account Executive/Sales developper, and will report to the Banking & Finance cluster head. In charge of one or multiple strategic accounts, he will be accountable for both hunting & farming. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth by: Developing strategic relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer s C-suite organization Creating and sharing sales success stories Being accountable on Booking, Revenue, Margin and overall client relationship and growth objectives (opportunity identification & ownership, deal shaping and closing) Driving & ensuring operational excellence in the target accounts, being involved on project staffing, project delivery follow-up, Client satisfaction, etc.; Potential accounts: Tier 1 banking and Insurance accounts in France Required Technical and Professional Expertise Strong knowledge of the Financial & Insurance sector in the French eco system (Must-have); At least 10-15 years experience of Account management/ Hunting in the IT Field. Good network in the CIO organizations much appreciated Ability and experience to cover complex structures in the banking sector and Ability to work in an international setup with an offshore/Nearshore model (Must-have); Strong background in Application Services, Engineering services and/or infrastructure services preferred (Nice-to-have); Fluency in English and French language Ideal Candidate profile: Hunter with seniority on farming and steering relationship (Must-have); Deal Shaper (Must-have); Personal Characteristics: Door Opener Client facing with Emotional Intelligence Personal Characteristics: Autonomous with ability to work in large organisation Roles & Responsibilities: The BFSI sectors represents more than 33% of the revenues.
