Job Description

Responsibilities1) Income, Expenditure & Tax ManagementError less preparation of various vouchers and accounting thereof. Filling in pay in slips, getting cheques deposited and accounting thereof. Cheque preparation after verifying the underlying supporting. Maintaining petty cash. Preparing bank reconciliation statements. Accounting sales and receipts. Maintaining a check list so as to ensure statutory / other time bound dues are discharged before the due dates. Ensuring proper filing. Entry of cheques received and expenses occured. Manage and file service tax , professional tax & LBT before due dates. Constantly communicate with account teams of our clients for timely receivable of payments. Become the commercial liaison and provide necessary assistance on escalated or urgent issues. 2) Finance & Budget ManagementWork out budgets for different segments of business. Review previous expenses and income and make estimations and projections. Manage funds wisely. 3) Accounts AutomationStudy complete accounts process. Proactively and strategically initiate new ways to automate the complete accounting system. Figure out the critical accounting processes, document the flow and work out how these could be automated to eliminate error. Detailed Requirements:Excellent understanding of various fundamentals of book keeping. Honesty and integrity is a must. Excellent in routine banking formalities. Excellent follow up and reporting skills. Good Knowledge in office applications such as Excel and Word. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic awareness of Income Tax Act. Possess ability of multi tasking without compromising on priorities. Team player and self motivated person. Aptitude & willingness to learn technology.
