Criteria : BCOM/ MCOM/ CA - Inter / MBA with min 15+ yrs. of exp. from mid-size project engineering company in Accounting & Finance Functions, Payable & Receivables, Budgeting and Forecasting, MIS Reporting, Audit and Taxation Compliance.Must have worked at Management Level grade. Will be responsible for 5 people reporting to this position.Responsibilities : Maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms. Management Information Report on financial position of the companyWorking Capital Management, Cash Flow, Fund Management.Fund Management & Budgetary Control -Liaising and negotiating with banks and financial institutions for term loans, L/ C s, bank guarantees, raising fund and non-fund based facilities to finance capacity expansion projects.Receivable / Payable Management Auditing & Taxation - Internal & External Statutory Audits. Handling the internal audit of the companies including setting up of internal audit systems as well as monitoring of the implementation of the systems. Statutory Tax Compliance Direct and Indirect.Taking care of statutory payments of EPFO/ ESIC/ PT/ Service Tax/ TDS/ GST & Income tax,
