Job Description

URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTS PROFESSIONALIMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND SELECTION______________________________________________

  • Position: Accounts Executive
  • Reports to: Sr Accountant & Director
  • Location: Mumbai central suburbs (15 mins walking distance from nearest station)
  • Salary: Rs 2 to 2.5 lakhs all inclusive
  • Office timings: 9.30 am to 6.15 pm
  • Weekly off: All Sundays + 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
  • Additional benefits are applicable after probation period

Candidate Profile
  • B.Com with 5-10 years of experience handling accounts, taxation and MIS preferably from any small / medium size trading or manufacturing organizations.
  • Must be proficient in Tally 9 (ERP)
Responsible for:Internal AccountsCash Flow, Preparing MIS, Preparing Profit & Loss Statement, Interacting with internal auditor, Develop and maintain financial data base on Tally, Maintaining Petty Cash Voucher, Book, entering in Tally, Taking care of Purchase Bills and passing for payment, Maintaining all Project Expenses, Booking purchase Bills in Tally,Reconciliation of Creditors,Processing bills for payment, Stock evaluation and verificationExternal AccountsInteracting with external auditor, Preparing Bank reconciliation, IT Returns, GST Preparing & submitting bills (Tax Invoices) to client with proper supporting
